Do children need to wear socks?
Yes, socks must be worn at all times. Our goal is to keep the facility neat & clean and children wearing socks on the equipment helps us achieve this goal.
Are socks available for purchase?
Yes, in case your forget socks for your child, we sell them for $1/pair.
What are the age groups for a Bounce City event?
Children as young as 2 years old can come play at Bounce City. We have inflatables to fit any age group. Our highly trained staff will make sure that your child only goes on the inflatables that are appropriate for his/her age.
Will my child’s birthday party be private?
Yes – there is no mingling of birthday parties or general admissions, both on the floor & in the party room.
Can additional food/beverages (other than what is included in party packages) be ordered or brought in?
We are happy to order additional food for children or adults. We will call you the Monday before your party to confirm # of guests attending the party & what you would like written on your ice cream cake. At that time, we can go through any other requests. You can refer to our party package add-ons for prices or call us at 845-507-0046 for more information.
You are welcome to bring in any additional food of your own. However, we have limited refrigerator/freezer space so please discuss with our staff prior to your event.
What is the cancellation Policy?
Here at Bounce City, we understand that sometimes, a party must be cancelled due to extenuating circumstances. We will always try to work with you to reschedule your event for another time. However, the deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel for any reason, we do keep the deposit.
